In past 10 days i was supposed to make the first 3 shot, but i reach the bottleneck in the first shot, the opening kissing scene. Apparently i am way too underrated how difficult on make a realistic kiss, the squeeze and deformation between Jane and Wise's lips are so difficult to make,
At first i tried physics simulation but results were so so poor. then i try make face rig and face shape key for kissing and adjustment them frame by frame to make their lips produce a natural squeezing and deformation effect, but after a lots of trying, I have to admit my skills were far from sufficient.
The reason I persisted in trying was because I believe that a good kissing scene is the soul of this make love-themed animation.
So i only have one option left for me to reach my goal, back to try physics simulation, since i have no idea how to make their lip look less awful, i started randomly adjusting the physics simulation numbers into a exaggerated levels i never tried before. And then bang! i found the balance point!
But i know, although it is a very good news for me but it is not what you guys expected for, so i am sorry about that, i will make the wip1 update as fast as i can.
