His disciplinary hearing wasn’t supposed to take place until the early afternoon, but Harry had shown up at 7 in the morning as his lawyer requested. His betrothed assured him that he would be fine after she made a single floo call, and acted strangely nonchalant about the situation ever since.
His knee bounced up and down anxiously as he waited by the fountain within the British Ministry of Magic, looking around as hurried wizards and witches rushed past him to get to work on time. That was when a shadow suddenly enveloped him, and Harry looked up to see an unknown man looking down on him.
The man was tall and round, possessing an ugly face and a smell that was even worse. His robes looked dirty and caked in filth, bulging to restrain his immense girth that could compete with that of Harry’s muggle cousin.
“Mr. Potter, you did well to show up on time. I’m Winston Hyde, I’ll be your Lawyer.” He had the voice of someone who smoked way too much, as he held out an unwashed hand.
Harry belatedly shook it, all while trying to hide his distaste. Mr. Hyde’s hand felt like it was covered in muggle vaseline, slimy and filthy. “A pleasure to meet you.”
The man nodded towards the lifts.“This way, we’ll be heading down to the main courtroom for your trial.”
He frowned. “Aren’t we supposed to be heading to the Ministry’s Improper Use of Magic Office?”
“Hah! You don’t know Ministerial politics work, do you, brat?” He shot the man a glare, who only smirked. “Fudge is using this whole thing as a way to humiliate you, and flex his political muscles in the process. Unluckily for him, Lady Zabini had the wisdom to hire me to defend you.”
“I-I…” He stuttered, trying to come to grips with the situation, as he focused on the last thing he said. “Why did she choose you then?”
“Lady Julia has an army of lawyers. Some fight the goblins for gold, others sue foreign Ministries for estates she should have the rights to, and many take on disgruntled family members over inheritances. I’m the one she calls up when the dragonshit hits the broom - as the muggles would say, I think. When some upcoming auror or other tries to put her in Azkaban, or when a lawsuit isn’t going entirely her way and needs to be turned on its head.”
“She must pay you well.” Was all he could say.
“I make more an hour than you won in that Tournament.” The man snorted, as they entered one of the lifts for the trip down. Mr. Hyde turned to him then, eyes watching him intently. “There’s just one thing I’d like to know.”
“What?”
“Lady Zabini is nicer than most would like to believe. Don’t get me wrong, she’s one crazy witch, but still pleasant. But she’s not nice enough to hire me of all people to defend you, which means there’s something going on. The woman definitely likes you. You call it love if you want, but you’re definitely on her good side, Potter. You might even make it into old age without her killing you off.”
His stomach twisted slightly, as he tried to hide his discomfort. “So you know about our arrangement then?”
“She brought the Dark Lord’s contract straight to me. Of course, this was after she looked over it herself, and had several others do the same.” He didn’t say if they found any loopholes in it, and Harry could only assume there weren’t any. Voldemort was thorough, and likely wouldn’t let the woman out of his clutches.
“Thanks, I guess.” He said after a moment, taking the compliment for what it was.
In truth, it did give him some comfort that someone else believed their relationship was going well. The lawyer was clearly someone who knew his betrothed well, so his opinion wasn’t to be entirely discounted. Harry had little to no romantic experience before his current situation, and so had no basis to base his feelings on.
At the end of the day, he was a Hogwarts student under the boot of the Dark Lord, a man with decades of magic experience over his own. To save himself, he had to marry a dangerous pureblood witch of Voldemort’s choosing, with said witch being known for assassinating her husbands.
As terrible as the situation might seem, it strangely seemed to be working out. Their burgeoning bedroom life was beyond incredible, and Julia did seem to be somewhat fond of him.
They soon exited the lifts and arrived at what looked to be the courtroom entrance, as his lawyer pulled him aside to discuss a few things first.
“Some rules before we go in.” Mr. Hyde lit a large cigar with his wand. “Speak when spoken to, and only answer the first few questions. Once they get testy I’ll jump in and do the rest. You can talk if addressed directly after that, and only if any of the Lords present take your side. Otherwise I’ll clamor ‘em, so expect fireworks.”
Harry simply nodded, before straightening his shoulders and walking into the courtroom. The entire Wizengamot was present along with Minister Fudge, who sat in a dais in the center of them all. In the middle of the room sat an intimidating and worn wooden chair, one that he was clearly expected to sit in.
“You’re late.” Fudge sneered as he came closer, glaring down at him.
“You changed the time.” Harry shot back.
“It is not the court’s job to make sure the defendant arrives on time.” Fudge waved his hand dismissively. “An owl was sent to your address this morning.”
“Scribe, enter into the record that the time of my client’s hearing was changed without his knowledge or consent! And that he wasn’t given significant notice!” Mr. Hyde called out, walking out from behind Harry and standing between him and the Minister.
“Who are you?” Fudge reddened, glancing to his side at Percy Weasley, who was writing this all down.
“Winston Hyde, witness for the defense.” His lawyer declared, putting his hands on his hips before grinning. “I’m looking forward to clearing my client’s name in this disciplinary hearing.”
The crowd of Lords muttered to one another as the Minister let out an irritated breath. “The charges against the accused are as followed-”
“I’m afraid this is a disciplinary hearing, Minister, there are no charges.” Mr. Hyde interrupted rudely. “Perhaps you are confused, and think this is a criminal trial?”
The man was right, as if one was to look around, they would see quite a few members of the Wizengamot present, in a courtroom typically reserved for criminals, making it seem that Harry actually was on trial.
“You will speak when spoken to!” Fudge glared at the man, before looking back at Harry. “The charges against the accused is that he used a Patronus Charm in the presence of a muggle. He has not only violated the restriction for underage sorcery, but the sacred statute of secrecy itself! Does the accused deny these charges?”
“He does.” His lawyer spoke. “And he asks the court to present evidence of this accusation.”
“E-Evidence?” Fudge stuttered out, looking both bewildered and worried.
“Hem-hem!” A woman to the side of the Minister coughed. “You should know, that the Ministry keeps impeccable records of the use of underage magic, and-”
“Then the Ministry should have no problem producing said records.” Mr. Hyde declared, cutting her off. “In fact, since the Minister insists on treating this disciplinary hearing like a criminal trial - held before the entire Wizengamot, I might add - then I expect the Department of Magical Law Enforcement to produce these records before this entire body as evidence. I expect this to happen at this very moment.”
“You do not get to make demands of the Wizengamot!” The same woman glared.
“I’m not making demands, I’m fulfilling my duty as a lawyer representing my client in what increasingly appears to be a kangaroo court. Now, Mrs. …” The man paused, looking at the woman like she was the filth beneath his heels. “I’m sorry, I don’t believe I ever got your name. I just assumed you were an unimportant secretary or something equally useless.”
Harry coughed into his hand to hide a laugh, which became even harder to do as the woman looked close to exploding.
The rest of the trial went similarly to the way it started. Mr. Hyde denied, objected, and refused to give Fudge an inch as the disciplinary hearing went on. The Minister fumed in rage the entire time, all while the Wizengamot members present looked less than amused with Fudge’s screw up.
He walked out of court later that day feeling stiff from the harsh wooden chair he had to sit in, yet it was worth it to see Fudge taken down a peg. Or ten.

The summer had been looking up for Harry Potter. No longer having to stay at Privet Drive was a blessing in disguise, as he enjoyed the spacious and comfortable Manor of his older betrothed. And then there was his trial which was a dashing success, seeing Fudge humiliated and his named cleared.
But sadly, it seemed not everything from then onwards would be a cakewalk. Voldemort came calling, sending a letter by owl that summoned both him and Julia the day after his trial. They were to present themselves at Malfoy Manor, as to make a demonstration of their loyalty before the other Death Eaters.
The floo flashed as they stepped out, Julia taking his arm at his side as they arrived at an opulent pureblood mansion. The home was old and expensive, with dark rooms filled with portraits of past members of the Malfoy family, along with marble pillars and peacock statues in every corner.
His future wife stood closely at his side, wearing a black dress that hugged her figure enticingly. He knew she had other - more scandalous - dresses to wear, but had chosen something more suited for a pureblood gathering like this.
“Come.” Julia said quietly to his side. “We only need to show our face, then move on. That should be more than enough.”
Already, he saw a few masked Death Eaters loitering around, with some even unmasked and drinking in some of the home’s lounges. They could have been the same followers of Voldemort from the graveyard, or even newer recruits. Either way, those men gave him and Mrs. Zabini a scrutinizing look before they moved onwards.
They walked through the manor’s main entrance area and into a series of hallways, passing even more followers of the Dark Lord in the process.
Of course Harry wanted to avoid Voldemort here, but there was one other person in particular he did not want to see today. And it just so happened that fate worked against him, as he saw Draco Malfoy standing on the other side of a large parlor room that they entered, and they briefly made eye contact in that moment.
His school bully did the opposite of what Harry expected in that moment, as Draco literally flinched. It was then that he saw how rough Malfoy looked, having bags under his eyes and possessing skin more pale than usual. Draco quickly fled, leaving the room hastily as if to purposely avoid him.
They moved onwards, and clearly his betrothed had been to Malfoy Manor before, as she guided him through the home with ease until they arrived on a balcony of sorts. It was partly shaded and looked out over the sprawling estate with a faint breeze that cooled its occupants. The two of them were not alone however, as a beautiful blonde woman was also present and seated.
“Narcissa.” Julia smiled happily at his side at the woman. “It has been too long.”
“Julia?” The blonde - who he realized was Narcissa Malfoy, Draco’s Mother - looked shocked. “I did not expect to see you here, and with…”
She looked conflicted to say the least at the sight of him.
“Harry Potter.” He nodded in greetings, not wanting to make this more awkward than it already was.
“O-Of course, Mr. Potter. I’m Narcissa Malfoy.” She nodded, trying to be nice. “Please, have a seat.”
They did so, sitting in chairs with the woman as Harry struggled to keep his gaze from wandering.
Narcissa was in the same league as Julia when it came to beauty, being older and curvy in a way that made him drool. Pristine long blonde hair framed a clear aristocratic face and blue eyes, with a dark green dress showcasing the mature body below.
Big breasts that were partly shown off with her dress’s adequate cleavage, with a waist below that narrowed in then flared out with wide, childbearing hips. Her thighs weren’t as thick as Julia’s, but her legs were long, ending in high heels.
She was a trophy wife if he ever saw one, her age only adding onto her beauty as the years thickened her already immense assets. He felt his manhood twitch as the sight of her, wondering what it would be like to have those red lips wrapped around his cock. And as if sensing his thoughts, Julia’s hand settled on his thigh, dangerously close to his shaft.
Narcissa’s eyes shot down to the hand before quickly rising back up, looking somewhat taken aback.
“I am sorry to burden you with our presence today, Narcissa.” Julia sounded apologetic. “I can only guess the past few months have been hard with so many distinguished guests coming in and out.”
“I-It has been difficult.” The blonde swallowed, picking up her glass of wine and taking a long sip. Having Voldemort living in your home would cause anyone to drink, Harry figured. “Is it the same for you? I do not mean to make offense, only that I heave heard of your… accord.”
“Oh, not at all.” Narcissa nearly spilled her wine at Julia’s unexpected answer. “Harry and I have been getting along amazingly well.”
“You… You have?” The blonde blinked in surprise.
“Of course.” His betrothed nodded, leaning into his side. “Harry has been ever the gentleman, and has left me more satisfied than ever.”
One didn’t need to be an expert to understand what his betrothed was getting at, as Harry felt his face heat up. He looked away to hide his blush, but managed to get a look at Narcissa’s reaction before he did so.
“I- That is good.” Mrs. Malfoy bit her lip in uncertainty.
“Yes, there are a lot of benefits to having such a younger lover.” Julia hummed throatily. “There’s rarely a night when he doesn’t keep me up late and occupied. Usually aching by morning and feeling sore throughout the day.”
“Oh.” It sounded more akin to a moan that escaped the blonde’s lips, making his hairs stand on edge. “I didn’t expect you to be so pleased with such an arrangement.”
“I’m pleasantly surprised myself. With age comes fewer surprises, I’ve found, but in this case I’ve been completely taken off guard.”
“I hope it all works out for you then.” Narcissa seemed to get lost in melancholy. “A shame that things weren’t the same with Lucius.”
“Still having trouble with him?”
The blonde’s eyes briefly went to him, as if wondering if she should talk about her marriage problems in front of her son’s enemy. “Let’s just say this past summer has been especially hard.”
“I am sorry, Narcissa.” Julia sympathized. “Perhaps I- we - have a way to help?”
“I’m not sure I follow?”
Julia’s hand rubbed his chest, her chin landing on his shoulder. “Maybe a way to show what being with Harry is like?”
“I-I…” The blonde’s eyes went wide as her cheeks turned red. Yet she didn’t deny his betrothed immediately, making him feel even more incredulous.
“What are you doing?” Harry whispered to her quietly, feeling bewildered as to how the conversation got to this point.
“Look at her, she’s so desperate. Always has been since her wedding night.” Julia whispered back with a smirk, before gesturing at Narcissa.
Malfoy’s mother had subtly angled herself in her chair as they spoke, ass curved and sticking out for his viewing pleasure. She had even pushed out her chest too, as to tempt him with her expansive cleavage.
Harry’s eyes roamed over her, hungrily doing so against his will, as Narcissa bit her lip and blushed under his stare. He soon caught himself, managing to look away, yet his betrothed still tried to tempt him.
“You can fuck her.” Julia whispered in his ear. “She hasn’t been touched in years, and is just aching for it. Malfoys only have one child, as is tradition, and Lucius is too busy with boys to see to his wife’s needs. Only say the word, I’ll make her yours.”
His lips felt dry, his pants starting to tent as his bulge thickened and hardened. But that was when someone else entered the balcony, ruining the mood in an instant.
“Harry Potter.”
The words were hissed out in parseltongue, making the two witches present freeze in place, as Voldemort entered.
“….Hello, Tom.” Harry looked at the Dark Lord, even as Narcissa and Julia stiffened but remained cautiously still.
Voldemort only grinned at him, as if amused. “I believe that I should congratulate you on winning your trial. Cornelius seems to be loosing his wits more by the day.”
“Thank you.” Was all Harry could say, still speaking in parseltongue, before looking down at the snake slithering up behind Voldemort. “Who is this?”
“Nagini, my familiar.” The Dark Lord bade the large boa constrictor forward, as it neared him. At Harry’s side, Julia let out a small noise of fright.
“Hello.” Nagini hissed.
“Hi.” Harry replied, as the snake’s head moved up to rest on his lap. His hand moved to scratch its head, almost like a cat. “I’ve met a boa constrictor before, at the zoo once. It escaped after I met it.”
“That isss good.” The snake almost seemed to purr.
“Come, Nagini.” Voldemort hissed, before reverting back to English as he headed towards the balcony’s exit. “A pleasure as always, Harry.”
He only nodded, as the two witches seemed to snap out of their daze of terror before looking at him in astonishment. All he could do was stare back with an odd frown. “What?”
“You…” Julia wet her lips, pupils wide as she seemed simultaneously scared and somewhat turned on. “I did not know you were on such good terms with the Dark Lord. And that you could speak parseltongue with such ease…”
Harry opened his mouth to deny that him and Voldemort were close, before looking at Narcissa’s equally incredulous expression and deciding otherwise. He instead shrugged, deciding to let them form their own opinions on the matter.
Still, the way Mrs. Zabini hungrily watched him after finding out about his parseltongue was somewhat frightening. They practically raced back home after that, and their lovemaking became especially intense that evening.
