このたび、”非アクティブなプラン”への請求が行われている事に気が付き、Patreonサポートに連絡したところ、Patreonではプランを削除しても、メンバーシップが自動的に解除されない仕様であることが判明いたしました。
私の新しいpatreonは、過去の自主的に活動停止した旧patreonをそのまま流用しているため、削除したプラン（5ドルのもの）に登録したままのメンバー様につきましては、現在もプランが継続した状態となっており、Patreonから課金が続けて行われる可能性があります。活動停止中はpatreonページを非公開にしていたため、請求は行われていませんでしたが、この度新たに公開し活動再開した事で、過去の消したプランへの請求も再開された形です。
これは私の意図したものではなく、混乱を招いてしまいましたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。
もし過去のプランにご登録のままになっている場合は、メンバーシップ設定をご確認いただき、必要に応じて現在のプランへの変更か（既に課金されてしまっている場合は、差額の追加課金だけで済むと思います）、プランの解約をお願いいたします。
また、意図しない課金が発生していた場合は、お手数ですがご連絡ください。可能な限り対応させていただきます。
なお、Patreonの仕様上、クリエイター側から返金できるのは直近（恐らく1か月以内）の支払いに限られます。返金をご希望の場合は、お早めにご連絡いただけますと幸いです。ご理解とご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

【Important Notice for Supporters of My Previous Patreon】
This is an urgent message for those who previously supported my old Patreon page.
I recently noticed that charges were still being generated from an inactive tier. After contacting Patreon Support, I learned that Patreon does not automatically cancel memberships when a tier is deleted.
Because my current Patreon page was created by reusing my previous Patreon page, members who remained subscribed to a deleted tier (the old $5 tier) may still have an active membership, and Patreon may continue charging them.During my hiatus, my Patreon page was unpublished, so no membership charges were processed during that period. However, after I recently made the page public again and resumed my activities, Patreon resumed billing for memberships that were still associated with previously deleted tiers.
This was completely unintentional, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
If you are still subscribed to the old tier, please review your membership settings and either:
Switch to one of the currently available tiers (if you have already been charged, Patreon should only charge the difference between your current tier and the new tier), or
Cancel your membership if you no longer wish to support the page.
If you believe you were charged unintentionally, please feel free to contact me. I will do my best to help resolve the situation.
Please note that Patreon may place certain limitations on refunds from the creator's side. If you would like to request a refund, I would greatly appreciate it if you could contact me as soon as possible.
