Current workflow

1. Pick a perfect image(s) from a classic gallery with standard resolution

2. Generate a video in 624x944 resolution

3. Post-processing in Video-editor - upscale to 720x1080 +Sharpening +ColorCorrections

4. For Patreon Previews Gifs - MP4 to GIF, resolution 360x540

unsolvable problem.

• anime-based character speaks at blink with eyes (high resolution = make it worse)

• tests in 480x720 - in 20% character speaks or at least randomly moving with mouth

• test in 624x944 - in 40% character speaks or at least randomly moving with mouth

• I run the internet upside down, but it seems nobody has found a solution yet; everybody struggles with it, too.

• On the other hand, the quality is significant between 480x720 and 624x944 ... the 720x1080 is even better, but my pc cannot handle it in real time :-(

• If the starting images are perfect (pose/color/angle/background/...), then almost 80% of all generations are successful (That's a really high success rate)

• So, I think I will extend the number of videos in the requests from 12 to 20.

• Testing Video Packs for all upcoming galleries

• I'm not planning to share the original video with prompts
