[Third Person Pov]
“Dude! When I talked about the flashback I was joking! Seriously?!” Tony shouted, his voice crackling with amusement through the suit’s external speakers. He rocketed forward in a blur, twisting mid-air into a devastating spin kick that sliced through the air with a high-pitched whine.
The Mandarin—Wenwu—ducked low with fluid precision, the rings on his fingers glinting ominously. He rose immediately, blocking Tony’s follow-up assault as the armored hero spun back around and unleashed a sharp, piston-like right hook. The impact reverberated like thunder, sending Wenwu tumbling backwards across the shattered street. Asphalt cracked and sprayed in every direction. Yet Wenwu corrected himself mid-fall with elegant control, twisting gracefully to land lightly on his feet, barely winded.
“Honestly, I should thank you for the ammo,” Tony continued, his tone light and teasing even in the heat of battle. His arc reactor hummed and shifted, glowing with an intense violet light that pulsed in his chest. “I’m going to bully the hell out of that woman when I see her after this! Because that was simply hilarious.”
Wenwu’s eyes narrowed, but he didn’t get the chance to reply. Tony thrust both hands forward with dramatic flair. From his repulsors erupted a powerful beam of manipulated gravity, manifesting as a swirling string of luminous halos that rippled outward. The air itself seemed to warp and groan under the sudden distortion.
Wenwu felt the crushing weight descend upon him instantly. The pressure slammed him flat onto his stomach, driving his body downward with immense force. His form carved a perfect, man-shaped imprint into the thick asphalt, cracks spiderwebbing outward from the point of impact. Gritting his teeth, muscles straining against the invisible mountain on his back, Wenwu refused to yield. One of his ten rings ignited with a fierce glow. In that moment, the fields of gravity bent to his indomitable will.
With a surge of power, he reversed the effect. The crushing force lifted, and Wenwu floated upright, suspended in mid-air as if gravity were now his personal playground. A predatory smile crossed his face as he unleashed his own counter-wave—a roaring torrent of gravitational energy that he shaped and directed with masterful precision, turning the battlefield into a storm of clashing forces.
The opposing waves of pressure collided violently in the space between them. Halos spun wildly, chaotic and out of sync, folding and compressing into one another with increasing frenzy. Space itself began to twist and buckle. Light bent and stretched, drawn inexorably toward the violent center as the energies coalesced. A singularity formed—a devouring black hole that hungered for everything in its vicinity, pulling in debris, shattered concrete, and even the distant roar of the wind with terrifying inevitability.
The newly born black hole unleashed a powerful suction, its event horizon shimmering with distorted starlight. Wenwu immediately propelled himself backward, rings flaring as he fought against the pull, creating distance from the apocalyptic anomaly.
But Tony? Tony casually strolled toward it.
“Are you insane—?!!” Wenwu exclaimed, his voice laced with genuine shock and a hint of reluctant wonder. He hovered there, unable to tear his eyes away from the spectacle.
“Yes, yes I am,” Tony replied with a manic, ear-to-ear grin visible through the suit’s faceplate. He reached out and grabbed the miniature black hole with one palm, his suit’s indestructible alloys and enhanced strength containing the impossible force. The singularity writhed and pulsed in his grip, fighting to expand, but Tony held firm. “Friday, help me calculate the equation to stabilize this bad boy. Key word: stabilize.”
Tony and FRIDAY worked in seamless tandem, holographic displays flickering across his HUD as they rapidly computed the precise energy requirements, gravitational ratios, and counterbalancing forces. Wenwu watched in stunned silence, momentarily forgetting the fight as the genius trillionaire scientist did what he did best—turning cosmic catastrophe into a casual party trick.
With calculated bursts from his repulsors, Tony flooded the singularity with carefully modulated waves of gravitons and anti-gravity fields. The black hole calmed, shrinking and stabilizing into a perfectly spherical, contained anomaly that shimmered with contained fury. It now weighed several tons, yet Tony held it like a bowling ball, testing its heft with a low chuckle.
He weighed the stable singularity in both hands, feeling the immense pull even through the suit’s dampeners. Then, with playful audacity, he tossed it high into the air. The ground beneath him faintly caved in from the sheer mass as he caught it again on the descent, his boots sinking slightly into the already ruined street. The black hole hummed in his grasp, a weapon of pure gravitational madness now under his command.
“Hehehe…” Tony started to giggle uncontrollably as a gloriously stupid idea sparked in his mind. The arc reactor in his chest flared brighter, shifting from violet to a vivid, fiery red that pulsed with mischievous energy.
“Hey, Uncle!” Tony shouted, balancing the stabilized black hole on a single finger like a cosmic basketball. He spun it effortlessly in place, the singularity humming with contained power as it rotated faster and faster.
“What?” Wenwu asked cautiously, his body tensing like a coiled spring. He hovered in the air, ready to strike, but curiosity held him back. Part of him wanted to attack first, yet he couldn’t help wondering what fresh insanity the armored genius had cooked up this time.
Tony spread his hands wide in a dramatic circle, guiding the black hole into a dizzying orbit around his looped arms. It spun again and again, faster with each revolution. “You know, since you’ve been absent for most of my life, I was thinking we could spend some quality family time together—just you and me, Uncle Mandarin. Make up for lost years, right?”
His red-glowing eyes shone with pure chaotic delight as he activated his suit’s hardlight projectors. In an instant, an elaborate holographic basketball court materialized around them. Gleaming hardwood floors stretched across the ruined street, complete with glowing boundary lines, a roaring cheering crowd of illusory spectators filling the stands, flashing arena lights, and thumping electronic music that reverberated through the battlefield.
“Huh?” The Mandarin blinked, glancing around in bewilderment as the vibrant illusion took shape. A massive shadow suddenly loomed over him. He tilted his head upward—only to see a perfectly constructed holographic basketball net hovering directly above him.
His eyes widened in dawning horror as understanding hit. His gaze snapped back down just in time to see Tony charging forward with purposeful, predatory intent, boosters roaring to life.
Tony clutched the black hole firmly in both hands, taking one powerful stride, then another. Illusionary copies of himself spawned around the court, each one running victory laps and celebrating prematurely. With a burst of thruster power, the real Tony launched himself through the air, shifting the singularity to one hand like a pro player going for the highlight reel.
“WAIT—!!” Wenwu shouted, hands thrusting outward in a desperate attempt to summon his rings’ power.
But it was too late. Tony’s copies were already high-fiving and cheering wildly as the original Iron Man closed the distance in a heartbeat. Arm pulled back, muscles and servos straining with exaggerated flair, Tony slammed the black hole downward in the most brutal dunk the world had never seen.
*SLAM!*
The holographic net shattered into a brilliant explosion of glittering hardlight fragments that rained down like fireworks. The sheer force of the gravitational dunk sent Wenwu crashing straight through the construct, through the reinforced crust of the earth, and deeper into the planet’s layers. Rock, soil, and stone exploded outward as he plummeted further and further below, the black hole dragging him down with relentless, crushing power.
Tony landed back on the surface with a heavy metallic thud. His knees buckled immediately, and he collapsed forward onto his hands and knees, wheezing and laughing hysterically. “Friday! Hahahahaha! Clip it! Clip that immediately, Friday!! Bahahahahahahaha!!”
He rolled onto his side, clutching his stomach through the armor as he rocked back and forth, tears of pure mirth streaming down his face inside the helmet. The laughter was uncontrollable, echoing through the suit’s audio systems.
“Friday—Ahhhhh!! Friday!” Tony wheezed, gasping desperately for breath between fits. “Call my dad! Please call him right now! I can’t breathe! I can’t breathe, oh my god—!”

Meanwhile, on the complete opposite side of the sprawling battlefield, Howard Stark was locked in a fierce four-way skirmish against a squad of Wenwu’s elite men. Stark Industries forces stood as a fortified barrier between the two fronts, energy weapons flashing in the distance.
A priority call suddenly flashed across Howard’s overhead HUD. He accepted it mid-combat, expecting an urgent update—only to be greeted by a strange, pained wheezing sound followed by a haggard cough.
“Cough! Cough!—Dad!! Help—!” Tony wheezed through the comms.
“What?! Tony, what’s wrong?!” Howard shouted, instantly creating a protective energy shield around himself with a quick gesture. His heart spiked with fatherly concern.
A video feed popped up in front of his eyes and began playing the entire ridiculous sequence: the spinning black hole, the sudden basketball court, the dramatic charge, and the earth-shattering gravitational dunk.
“Phttt—BAHAHAHAHAHA!!” Howard burst into uncontrollable laughter, hunching over and grabbing his stomach even as residual enemy fire pinged off his shield. “Jesus Christ, kid! I thought you were genuinely dying or something!”
“I am—!! I can’t breathe!! My abs! Ow! They hurt so much they’re cramping!” Tony cackled breathlessly over the line, still rocking with laughter. “I’m dying over here, Dad! Send help…!”
