DESCRIPTION
I will be making some changes to the best and average tiers. Both tiers will now have the ability to vote in polls, with the best tier being granted more voting power.
I will provide a list of possible characters that I plan to draw and will also be taking suggestions for characters to be included in the poll.
These changes will be implemented after I complete the final commission I am currently working on, which should be in approximately three days.
