Good news! I've reopened the print store, except now I only take Paypal payments. I eat a little bit more of the cost and there's always the risk Paypal randomly shuts me down and takes all my money but this is what works for now.
Printing is still done in the UK and Germany so shipping is still crazy for some places unfortunately.
Edit: uhhhhh looks like by using Paypal only I think all prices have to be in CAD because my paypal account is in CAD. Which basically means the customer eats the conversion fee rather than me.
