Changes to Automatic Patreon Roles

Hello!

Patreon has made some changes to their handling of tier reward roles, as a result we found it best that we do not have automatic role distribution from Patreon moving forward.

All new patrons will need to reach out to us on the support server (https://biblebot.xyz/discord) for their Stewards role. Existing and former patrons are not affected by the change.
