This is a mix of canon, headcanon, and logic (I used to watch plenty of animal documentaries on Animal Planet). There’s so much more I want to include, like how egg-laying works between them or what happens if Rafayel experiences tidal heat in his Lemurian form. But I guess that’s for the future. This is only a draft, so it will definitely change, especially when they give us more official lore. Let me know if you have any suggestions/correction before I post the censored version on Twitter.
