DESCRIPTION
Ronin or drifters are warriors that were once samurai but now have no lord, master, clan, or family to serve. Ronin are usually seen as dishonorable due to the Code of the Warrior, which states that a samurai is to commit seppuku upon the loss of their master. Many ronin wander from place to place looking for ways to make a living with their swords. It is not uncommon to find a ronin who has found employment as a mercenary, caravan guard, bodyguard, or as a bandit or a highwayman. The more experienced ronin are know as masters of the blade and can swiftly defeat multiple combatants in the blink of an eye.Art by Johnny Azad on Artstation
