This month I am incredibly busy with work so I will be doing special poll so that I know what time to set assigned for writing and development. I will make the top two spooky subclasses and all members can vote! The subclasses will be released on consecutive weeks.
Artificer: Neurologist - An artificer that studies brains and the mind. A scientist that seeks to unlock the secrets of the mind and its true potential, psionics!
Cleric: Darkness Domain - An evil/neutral domain for clerics that worship evil gods or gods of darkness. the opposite of the Light and twilight domain. It will have an ability to give temporary devils sight to party members, some necrotic spells, and even necromancy.
Druid: Circle of the Abyss - what would happen if a druid is lost in the abyss or decides to explore the abyss? well this subclass is the result. The main feature will be able have the druid wildshape into demons, perhaps only demons (still working out the logistics). Another feature will be able to find portals.
Druid: Circle of Shadows - A druid focused on darkness and the corruption of nature or the brutal side of nature. Nothing grows death and death is a part of nature. I'm think this druid will have a special wild shape that will allow it to turn into a shadow like creature.
Ranger: The Feral Stalker - A ranger that has chosen to exile themselves in the wilds as a result of contracting lycanthropy. A more feral ranger with some barbarian like abilities and maneuvers. The perfect predator!
Sorcerer: Abyssal Bloodline - A sorcerer uses the powers of the abyss within its blood. This subclass will make use of the madness mechanic and will also be able to temporally take on different aspects of demons. I've also been thinking about a demonic possession feature for this subclass.
Sorcerer: The Poltergeist - A sorcerer that can find and talk to spirits and ghosts. It'll be the sorcerer version of the phantom rogue. Subclass abilities will allow you to posses creatures, travel into the into the ethereal plane, and even become a ghost. I have an ability in mind that will allow the sorcerer's soul to leave his body, travel in the ethereal plane to scout ahead.
