Koji remains madly in love with his ex-girlfriend, whom he constantly watches from afar. One day, she catches him, leading to a struggle; however, during the scuffle, both hit their heads hard and knock each other out. While unconscious, Koji has a strange dream where his ex-girlfriend appears and asks him what his greatest desire is. Upon waking up, they mysteriously discover that they have swapped bodies, and Koji will seize the opportunity to make her fall in love with him all over again.
