DESCRIPTION
A personal piece that I have left on the backburner for almost a year. I wanted to finish it up.Inspired heavily by one of my favorite artists, specifically this piece: Above Below so I wanted to use this as a study of colors / technique, a lot of which seem very different from my normal go-tos with art.
It's rare I get the time to study other artist's work or make very personal pieces for myself. The sketch was originally made when I was having some -feelings- so it's honestly a bit thematic to Pride Month even though it's over.
