Save files from version v0.5 are compatible with this version and should work fine if you copy them over.
I will also include the same two save files that were included last time if you don't wish to play from the very start:
File 1 starts at the beginning of Part 3
File 2 starts at Part 3 in the library with the following:
Renna hallway events finished
Maria boots and chocolate events finished
Kurokawa salad scene finished
A handful of affinity boosting items

Fixed an issue where you wouldn't recover health before the Maria battle in her home
Fixed an issue with an image of Maria's panties being stuck on the screen
Fixed an issue that could cause a second trip into Natsuki's stomach to break
