End of the Year Write-Up
As a small end of the year update we'll be talking about upcoming plans for Jobbold so you guys can have something to look forward to next year from us. We figured instead of delivering you guys more nothing, we've decided that the opposite might be better. We're working towards finishing Jobbold next year and to give it a semi-consistent update schedule once we start releasing updates again. Once we start updating again, we're hoping that the second half of Jobbold can be posted without any large pauses in between.
For the extra curious, you might be wondering where does the development of Jobbold stand currently and to answer that question development is picking up pace again as we've gotten a lot of new people helping with the art, music and writing. Lots of new talented people on the team so we're hoping that you guys will enjoy what's to eventually come on your computer screen when it's ready.
Though our development earlier this year may have been rocky, this isn't to say that we haven't still been hard at work. We've been working on each planned route little by little. 3 routes are basically completed in terms of art but missing some programming and some misc assets. All other planned routes are being written out and have the occasional asset done for them here and there, which means that yes, development on the Jobbold finale has been in motion for a bit now.
There's still 2 routes that haven't been started in any sort of development, which will be the 2 kobolds voted in by patrons once we start releasing updates again. I'm hoping you guys won't have to wait too long for that since it's the least we can do to show our gratitude to all the wonderful patrons that are throwing money at us. Seriously guys, we appreciate every bit that you chip into the pile of Kobold degeneracy, it really helps a lot with accomplishing all the cool stuff that we want to pull off with this game. We're gonna have cool music! Cool minigames! Cool sex! and Cool other things! It'll basically be really cool is what I'm saying.
