Drones are often sent out in groups of 2 or more to do recon and investigate anomalies out on the surface of L-14, the lunar body the Collective's largest base is located on. Slightly lower-than-normal gravity means carrying massive junk around isn't as much as a hassle as it normally is.
Being too big to actually fit in the rover, Comet just sits on top while Zellion drives. But with how big his bulge is getting, Zellion's view out the front windows keeps getting more obstructed.
