All the content is in the Discord server, Patreon will Automatically get you into the server and give you a role once the payment of a Tier is made and goes through. 

Remember to CONNECT your PATREON account to your DISCORD account, you can do it here on patreon, in "My Profile Settings" -> "Connected Apps"

This is so you can get into the discord server automatically.
