Attached to this post you will find the files to get this phone wallpaper. There are 3 versions included. Note: I tested all of this on Android and I can't assure you that it will work on iOS. I don't think iOS supports video formats for wallpapers natively, but maybe third party applications can fix that.
MP4 Video Loop
Separated PNGs with alpha layer (Moika and BG) for 4D Parallax Wallpaper 3D APP ( Android I use the free version) (This makes the wallpaper move with your phone's gyroscope system) (Installation should be simple enough for everyone)
JPG of the wallpaper (no movement)
