You need a VNGE bug fix please download the file from that link, decompress it and paste it into the game folder - Link
This scene change graphics preset in runingtime (all tier) so you should download presets and put it in the preset folder (game root folder/presets)
Fixed an error where the timeline was not working properly when running the scene with VN play (Only Tier 2)
