Pascal placed his big round belly onto the table and put his hands behind his back, presenting it fully to you. The swollen tum started to move and contort, the joey inside squirming and tossing around impatiently. There are plenty of animals that are unique to carry, but kangaroos are especially active as they start to stretch their strong legs out, which makes for some very active bellies.
