New changes this month. I'm taking off Anna from the list since I want to do her as personal project next month, then also Ayane off the list because I realized I've made like two Ayane mods so far (she's my favorite character though so maybe someday), and removing the lowest voted Marvel Rivals character (Scarlet Witch)
New characters are added, specifically two characters from Stellar Blade: Lily and Scarlet.
