Hello there, this mod certainly took a minute to get into a functioning state. The game is running on the very first iteration of UE5, which is unstable, to say the least. The mod currently replaces the bikini costume only, while affecting a few others by adding nipples to them. Also, the mod supports every customization option, including the giant one.
