Summary:The experiments with the magic of the music box continue every night, yet the mood among Fontaine’s group of dancing dolls is not the most positive; on the one hand, some recognise that this is their best chance to escape their situation, and on the other, they are growing tired of being guinea pigs for the experiments in the search for a way out; and as if that weren’t enough, fears of walking on thin ice are also present—if their escape fails, they cannot imagine what will become of them.
