Google redesigned the download page a few months ago. If it says "there's no items" or anything of the kind make sure you look for the download button and click on it. The download should start once you do that.
Reminder links will stop working come the 1st of next month but do not worry, rewards will be sent via DMs some time during the first week of next month to anybody that was active during december.
