Hello there! 👋
Welcome to 2026! I hope your year has gotten off to a great start and that many wonderful things have already come your way. I wish for this year to be the best one you've ever experienced. We’re starting January with the fifth devlog. With previous updates, this would have been the final one, but this time you can expect a sixth devlog in February. I really hope, however, that I won’t have to write a seventh.
As I mentioned last month, December was a bit busier for me, so I had less time to work. Still, I feel like I managed to get quite a lot done. I made progress on every front — renders, script, and code. Most importantly, the entire party scene is now implemented in the game’s code. Although it’s not playable yet, all the dialogues are ready and just waiting to be linked together. I still need to prepare a few graphics for it, but I’m leaving that for the final stage of production.
As for the script, I've finished writing the magic world. Aside from the beginning and the ending, this scene is divided into four segments that can be completed in any order. Overall, it’s roughly the same length as the cyberpunk from version 0.3. I’m slowly approaching the finish line as well - after this, I have two more scenes planned: one relatively short and one a bit longer. Then there’s just the ending left. There are also three side stories, but those should go quickly.
As for renders, I’m doing them alongside writing the script. The beginning of the magic world is already finished, and honestly, creating it was pure pleasure after three months of working on the party.
So, what’s the plan for January? I definitely want to finish rendering the entire magic world, which also involves preparing animations for the third lewd scene. Furthermore, I want to wrap up the script so that in the next devlog, I can write "100%" in the progress section. Besides that, I’ll be working on code in my spare time, but I don’t expect major progress there - though that depends on how fast the rendering goes.
Current progress
Script - around 80% of the main story is written.
Renders - I’ve reached 3100, which means there are now almost as many renders as in version 0.3.
Code - over 9000 lines.
As for the release date, nothing has changed, and I’m still aiming for March. If no unexpected obstacles appear, I should be able to make it. Keep your fingers crossed!
That’s it for this entry. Overall, nothing particularly important to report - production is moving forward at a good pace. Thank you for reading my ramblings and for supporting the project. It means more to me than you can imagine. ❤️
