Because I'm away for periods in the month ahead, I've got today and tomorrow to work on content. Usually I'm looking at a mix of the odd newsy video and a long train of evergreen stuff but there's just so much newsy stuff to address right now I can't even keen up - Wario Land on NSO, Switch discontinued in Europe, Microsoft's staff layoffs, the annual report, let alone previous newsy stuff I was working on to do with Metroid and Velan.
I decided to go with this Ocarina video first because it was quicker to get out and frankly Zelda stuff usually performs better than most content, though it's all fairly marginal. However, I expect there'll be a bunch more in the coming days. I try to avoid releasing two videos in a day as I think it cannibalises views on YouTube but there is the risk the content dates otherwise so I'll see.
For Patreon, what I usually do is keep some things in my back pocket so - just like the main channel - I always have content to run during times I'm focused on other things, and to be fair I still do have a bunch of more evergreenish videos lined up for July. However, given where we find ourselves and how quickly things could date I'm thinking I might just drop a load of content here as soon as it's done even if this means things are a little quieter than usual next week.
