I honestly could not have predicted how popular Python would be, or how useful as a literary device, when I first got to designing her. The plan was simple: make a character that LOOKED like Marylin Monroe (hence the hairstyle) but make her act like a male demon would act. The result has been a fun anti-hero.
Unfortunately, the hairstyle didn't seem to hit right, and we switched over to the ponytail with her unique bangs and added a choker. A savvy person might notice that Jessie basically ended up inheriting those shoes and Python more frequently has boots on her feet now. Also bra is continuously optional for Python.
Keith has been up to interpretation, and this is a perfect take on him. The hair, glasses, belly, etc. have been standard with some variation on height. I want him shorter than Sophie and Python, but this was hilariously short.
How do you feel about their growth now that they have multiple comic appearances?
