POD 139: Are Psymposia DEA informants?
1 / 3
DESCRIPTION

In this episode I analyze twenty months of circulating claims that Psymposia has been working with law enforcement, specifically as DEA informants.

MAPS phase II trial participant Jon Lubecky's January 24, 2026 tweet referencing corroboration from another person that Psymposia are working with the DEA. I assume this other person to be David Nickles.

The Sarlo Family Foundation, whose stated goal is "protecting children", paid a $182,601 to a successful art dealer named Paul Rusconi who has been charged with possession of child pornography, the charges were subsequently dropped. This consulting fee was greater than the sum paid to almost any of the charitable organizations. Paul Rusconi and Susie Sarlo recently appeared together at a "Gilded Gala." The Sarlo Family Foundation tax return does not reflect contributions to Psymposia or Jules Evans because it appears that the money wasn't paid through the foundation but rather "on behalf of the Sarlo Charitable Fund, recommended by Susie Sarlo."
