Six Months More to the Glandular Core
DESCRIPTION

Like bad lyrics to a song thats stuck in my head

It keeps playing over

and over

and over and over again.

🎶Six months more to the glandular core. 😬

Stupid boobs.

Anyway, I'll explain.. later.

First

🏠We moved. Me and the Tiddz

Of course I had to take one last picture in the old apartment. I took a bunch of other sentimental ones too but those ain't for y'all 😉.

We only lived there a short time, not even a year, but there's been a lot of change this year.

I figured… why not wear the old tank top from my comparison pic for patreon?

Big mistake. Huge. Titanic even.Because, wow.

Y'all can see...

It doesn't fit. At all.

Uncomfortably so.

They've grown wider.Longer somehow? Fuller.And fatter for fuck’s sake.

Fatter on top. Y'all know the overflowing jiggly pudding part. But inside, they just get BIGGER no matter what I eat.

I mean know I’ve put on some weight overall, but they have clearly been gluttonously gaining on their own.The tank top can’t even reach my ribs or tummy anymore—it used to be a cute cropped fit, now it’s just clinging for dear life. The stitched-in cups aren’t doing a damn thing anymore; it’s basically functioning as a compression sports bra and failing at that as well.

The strap stitching on the right (your left) side ripped, courtesy of Hansel and Gretel’s increasing weight.

That comparison photo was from April.April!Back then I could still squeeze into a G cup bra underneath this top.Now I literally can’t fit a bra in it at all.My breasts have switched from being these two heavy appendages, to actually holding a CENTRAL amount of my weight.

They’re not just bigger, they've changing my center of gravity. 😬

Six months more in the glandular core…

🩺 Scheduled Doctor's Visit

It’s official. I had my six-month follow-up.We weighed them again.

Right breast: 16.6 lbsLeft breast: 16.4 lbs

That’s over 33 pounds total.Somehow, since my last check-in in September, they’ve gained another three pounds . Not cup sizes, POUNDSNo clue what actual letter that makes me...

When my doctor saw the numbers, she just went quiet.. that long, thoughtful doctor silence where you can feel them rearranging their vocabulary into something gentler than what they're actually thinking.

"Jesus Christ this is bad🫣"

"You're not dying....of breast growth👨🏻‍⚕️"

"Alright so they grew again...a lot .. and we have no idea why....and it's likely gonna keep going 😀... "

😬

🧪 The Glands Just Grow

Their scans tell the same story but bigger every time: soft fatty edges, dense glandular core. The tech said the glandular areas are “adding layers like tree rings.” (Not my favorite image, thank you very much.)

Hormones? Barely high. Just a whisper of estrogen and prolactin. But apparently my tissue hears whispers like a full marching band.

As my doctor put it:

“Your body seems to be interpreting normal hormone patterns as a growth signal as well as hoarding a large percentile of excess calories.”

So basically, my boobs are growing when I diet, and really really growing when I don't. The fat is more the jiggly part that expands out when I can't keep my cravings in check, and the inner tiddy is just hormonally insistent on cellular division?...

Six months more in the glandular core!

⚖️ Okay...The Practical Numbers

Thirty-three pounds of boob... I think. They told me it's not exact. I think the water displacement method gave me a better measurement honestly, I might go back to that. But either way ..

Every pound adds more forward pull on my spine. She even showed me a little stick-figure posture picture which I laughed at internally until I realized I'm leaned forward the same way as the not good part of the diagram...

Surgery came up again, and she gave me the same cautious look.

“The glandular activity is still very very high. And your breasts are extremely vascular. You’d risk regrowth definitely, sever bleeding, and reduction stitching likely won't heal correctly due to ongoing growth.”

Translation: not yet. maybe never. So we wait. Six more months… six months more...

in the glandular core🥱

💭 Mobility. Not Just a Buzzword.

I told her about the fatigue—the way errands and walks take me longer, how bending makes that tug across my back, and hips, and body...

Sitting feels good since "they" are now supported by my lap if I lean forward a little.

She nodded before I finished.

“You’re young,” she said. “But you’re carrying the weight of a small child on your chest. There’s no shame in using mobility aids if you need them.”

That hit different.I’ve been thinking about it for months—the wheelchair, maybe, for bad days—but it felt like admitting defeat. She reframed it: not giving up, just adapting. That shift in perspective is something I'm getting used to.

Will my patreon fans really follow me into being the girl who's breasts grew so large she needs a wheelchair? .... Probably, y'all have all expressed interest in me growing more and more lol ..

Will my Instagram though? Not as easily for the normies on the wide open web.

🫠 Emotionally though? I’m Split Down the Middle ...but worried

Half of me is fascinated.I’m living inside a biological glitch that keeps on going, far past what I ever thought possible. The other half? Tired of moving my expectations even further.

I'm reaching the size where I need to find a form of cardio that doesn't impact my spine from their weight. Cardio I can do while sitting.

Ideas?

I’m not an old woman but I plan my trips around fatigue. Boob fatigue

Some days I see the mirror and think, wow, this is...wow. I get why they find it hot.Other days I see the same reflection and think that's not really ME.

Both are true.

it definitely makes me wonder what six months more in the glandular core would look like. Six MORE months 🧐 🍈🍈🍉🍉

🧃 Oh, Soy Milk Update

I stayed away. I learned my lesson.Every now and then I still see soy milk at the store and it looks back at me—like an ex who definitely ruined my life.

We do not speak. We are not on good terms.

Oh, I've been toying with the idea of doing some podcast type content if there's interest for it. Possibly reading my posts, maybe just boob rambling.

And I'm curious if y'all want more posts from Hansel and Gretel, they have an Instagram now, which is freaking terrifying.

Anyway. Hope y'all enjoyed the update. More to come as always.
