R13 will be releasing over next week (Within February), if you've been holding off and waiting for more meaningful Asia and Rias content, R13 would be a very good release to play.
Right now, I am just finishing the last parts of the CGs and also editing Asia's scene, I should be done with that this weekend. After that, I'll just do a few bug fixes and a lot of testing before releasing.
