[Experimental] Endmin Mod

hello hello! This mod is a really simple mod. It's just our endministrator airing his goodies out :3 this features the new base I have made.

No need for additional words--this mod is simply experimental and is not a representative of my future mods. The base definitely I would use, but the skin shading is something I cannot fix as of the moment :C
