Just in case some of yall were NOT aware, The Sims Team is dropping a new update tomorrow (May 12th) which is supposedly adding bug fixes and some new items (don't quote me on what I wasn't paying close attention lmao)
With that being said lets go over the basics:
π Be sure to Turn off Auto Updates
π BACK UP SAVES AND TRAY FILES (CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH)
πClear your Localthumbcache (this is important don't worry a new one regenerates after playing)
π If you are updating, Remove Your mods First before you hit that update button
π If you plan on NOT updating, be sure to play offline while waiting
Like I've always said, you guys are amazing with this last one:
π Please Be Kind, Patient and Gracious while waiting for Modders + CC creators to give you the go ahead on their work. If you want to keep track of a large majority, I recommend following Scarlet's Realm . Safest bet is to watch for the creators pages to ensure that things are working as they should. π
As far as my mods go, I'll be out of town later this week so there's a good chance I might not be able to get to all of my mods this week to check for compatibility in the event there's any breakage.
