Hiii sorry for all the trouble of not including more in depth notes on studies, I been trying to improve my English by not using any kind of translator (and off course I don't use any kind of ai for this notes)
This is a mega post with all the notes (after I passed yesterday translating my notes and getting some of the links.
Here are the links for resources that I use:
https://quickposes.com/en/gestures/timed "this site is mainly to get nude models. When studying anatomy I find way EASIER to get nude models for this kind of anatomy studies than you know more +18 type sites
Quick pose provide good library of poses and models for free but you can use proko or pose space (they have packs of multiple poses) if there's any interest I could pay for some packs later down the month to makes studies.
https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/arm-4f4c0ade419f432593e6cc77f441f425 is amazing site to find 3d models to makes studies on ( I really recommend for studies around objects)
https://www.innerbody.com/htm/body.html this site has been a amazing find, theres a feature where you can search and interact with 3d models and show that is the name and function of the muscle/bone (you cant pose them tho)
https://drawingtimer.com/ amazing find, here you can copy and paste your Pinterest board at it will randomly pick picture and then you can set up a timer for it, you can make you own boards for gesture and other kind of timed poses.
As for books and videos:

Bridgman is just amazing to try to breakdown his studies and Marshall from the proko channel has a free course around him, please give some time to try to understand him, you can start to make simple poses with amazing anatomy after some studies sessions

This guy is straight up amazing, he focus A LOT of heavy SHAPE DESIGN OVER ANATOMY, take note that he's tutorials are focused around more making anatomy simpler to be more focused on the shape

The total opposite from snix but still amazing guy to study, he is more focused on the more technical and following quides to draw, but still a amazing guy
Now for the notes:
For the body types:
This is a interesting topic because well, have a more in depth thinking on this topic made me realize that size, proportions and fat/muscle density matters to make a diversity of bodies, I like to use them as I first look at the size, then proportions and then for the more detailed parts the fat and muscle density
Size: that is well the size of the person, the height to be more precise. You can create different body types by only change the size of the person and not changing the proportions ( Steve universe and dragon ball is a amazing examples)
Proportions: that is around the size of the body parts of the body, for example if you create a body of the same size but with inverted proportions you can have two entire different Bodies, I recommend you use the rule of B M S ( Big , medium and small) where you have a contrast a natural contrast (example for a shot stack will have a big head, medium body and small legs)
Fat/muscle density : this is one of the parts where you can play THE MOST, you can create some amazing charather by having a understanding on how the density, I didn't coven on the study, but this can help add a lot of details on the charathers, for example you can have characters with similar size and proportions but entire muscle and fat density that makes entire different (Poppy and Vex from League is a good example or Victor and Lash from deadlock)
Arms:
About this study was more focused on the study page but the most important note is the chain motion:
This is the most important thing to draw the arms and the muscles, muscles AROUND the body have a motion, and the chain is the SIMPLEST to look for the arms, one muscle goes up and the other goes down.
Boobs:
This study was focused on seeing the boobs on the side view and how the collar bone can change how the boobs move and using the collar bone as a hook for the boobs:
For the boobs because of the oval/tear shape can make it really interesting to see them on unusual poses, A little quides that I have is on side view if there nothing pressing on the boob, I only draw the up and the bottom part
