[WL] [Experimental] Ramiel

I had a long weekend, I wanted to get this set out yesterday, but what I had to do took a lot longer than I thought. But its been probably one of the best weekend's in a very long time for me! Major life goals accomplished! Then with that news Ill be getting my finished up over time, but now its ready for making content on regularly, so im going to start posting a lot more (also cause im poor now xD) .
