[WIP] Monika new Outfit is considered done!

And I mean considered, is bc only her bag is the one thing I didn't model, lol.

But at least all the rigging is actually done (Kinda)!So at least I can port to SFM and make showcase of Monika with this design!

I still have to fix her scarf rigging bc it kinda looks weird...
