Its been almost a month since last changes and I would say they have been for the most part a great success, I have been making more images than before, consistently, people have been supporting consistently and more people have joined over the last month than the months before!
Thanks to all of your support it's finally getting to the point where this hobby is paying me enough to start considering it as my main option, if this growth keeps up, I would def be able to and gladly do it!!
I would love if you guys shared your thoughts with me in this post so we can together improve my Patreon in a way that benefits everyone (and doesn't burn me out)! So please if you have the time and some ideas do share them I would love to read and discuss them!
So from the data of the last months over the prices and tiers I have come to the following conclusions:
Image Generation: currently most of my sets take anywhere from a few hours to many long hours, it has improved a lot (less ai gibberish) but I feel there's still more room for improvement to be made in my generation framework without sacrificing quality. Most importantly I have been trying to come up with ways not to automate but to systematize my decisions so it's not so emotionally inclined, currently I just go with the flow making images, which is good when I'm inspired but not so good when I don't feel like it (I want to make images because people are paying me to do it and I WANT to pump out good sets, but I feel like doing something else for example, like playing Pokémon or simply resting, I hope everyone understands what I mean lol, I'm only human and laziness kicks in sometimes). The ideal would be for me to develop a more systematic approach that still allows me to be creative, but allows for high quality creative stuff even when I'm not in that creative high mood.
Silver Tier > I think this is the best value it's ever been, most people are opting into silver (makes sense since most my posts land here) - I think the $12 price makes sense for all the image's I'm putting out but I feel there could be a little more to being a silver member, I'm overall satisfied with the tier especially given how many sets anyone can get for $12 during the month, but I think it could be a bit better still.
Gold / Gold + Tiers > what to me feels like a surprising amount of people has decided to opt into Gold to support my work and it feels amazing knowing you love my stuff enough to make such a commitment! I hope all my large sets hit the mark! Currently I admit I have a bit of a "inspired or not vibe" when it comes to big sets, i usually decide the image count on the whim while I'm making images like "oh I should add this" or "what about this instead" and most large sets just end up being the result of a very horny and/or creative session. In the future I hope to structure myself better so stuff like this isn't so dependent on my mood, and to consistently put out my utmost performance in this sets. Also Gold + should def be rebranded to Platinum, I think.
Copper - this tier is meant to be a test tier almost. The goal is to be a tier where people can join without a big commitment, see some of my content and decide if they like it enough to upgrade or not, I would argue it's partially working, but could be improved - I see a lot of people either upgraded instantly or skipped it entirely becoming free membere, which leads me to believe currently the combination of what you get for the price you pay is not hitting the desired mark and even people who feel like "trying it" maybe are being pushed back by this, I see this as a lose lose, less people enjoying my stuff and ofc less potential members. This is the tier I'm most unsatisfied with and I want to change that, I want to make it worth it for people who want to dip their toes into my stuff. There needs to be a better balance.
With all this in mind I have thought about the following potential changes:
Community Sets: this would be a set where everyone could contribute towards and every paid member would get a 1/2 images of their desired character doing whatever they wanted. People would be able to give their votes from the beginning to the end of the month and the set would be made the month after with the combination of everyone's ideas. This would also be available to all members. This sounds to me like something which could be extremely fun despite being complex and the idea that everyone could add to it gives everyone agency here.
Copper value changes from the current $6,5 to $5, but images drop from 28i to 20i (?) - still gives access to small sets and older content but at a lower level of entry.
Gold + renamed to Platinum and price increased to $25 (would remain $20 for anyone who is a current member, this change only applies to new members), an improvement to the pinups system (I ended up making imagesets out of the pinups and honestly, that's probably better).
A new Diamond Tier $30 limited to 2 slots for complex requests (e.g. highly complex ntr scenes / multi character context that need to be edited using photoshop and other tools and take multiple days to do)
