Everyone, say hello to my newest mermaid OC, Cerys the whale shark mermaid~! For those who haven't seen the origin sketch comic, Cerys was a regular whale shark going through her migration when she was caught in a magical whirlpool that transformed her into a mermaid. Fem and Mahalina were quick to help her adjust to her new, ever giant form while Fem tries to convince her brother, Analyst, to undo the strange magic and return Cerys to normal. For now, Cerys is open to learning from her new, tiny friends~!
This took longer than I wish thanks to losing the original PSD file in September, but finally recreating the line art and PSD file through a luckily screencap shot I saved, I finally got this done and feeling pretty good about finishing it. :)
She's very kind and gentle. A little shy, but chill by nature.
Anyway, I hope you like her!
