I’ve decided to stop developing the alternative version.
First, the additional time required to work on this version directly impacts the progress of the next animation in the project. Second, I’ve been struggling with inspiration for Juno. The attempts I made felt more forced than creative, which got me thinking about how likely this is to happen with other characters in future projects. Third, there’s the result of the poll for the extra Pole Fun scene. Along with the results here, I ran the poll in a few Discord communities, and the Alternative version barely reached 30% of the votes.
These reasons, combined with the extra time it takes to re-render everything, led me to this decision. Sorry about that, and I hope it’s understandable.
The first Disconnected video does have an alternative version, but Juno’s appearance is as she’ll look at the end of Take 2.
