Happy New Year again! And I would like to thank everyone for the great support they provided last year. I pushed the GK4 BTS animation a little too far last year. I will be very careful not to fall into such a trap this year.

The Punishment animation and the 100K Twitter reward animation are mini projects. I will spend a week animating them. The projects that follow will be short animations. They will be 2-4 minutes long. The exception to this is the combined Halloween video. The first big project will be LiT8. I would like to spin out the short projects in the first half of the year. And release LiT8 this year. In the meantime, there will be another Halloween 2026 animation. This year, Gatekeeper will not be expanded with a new part. But bonus videos will be added to it.

Lara model, Blender 5 and learning
At the beginning of the year I will also switch to Blender 5. I will update my Lara model. I will add new and existing clothes. The diving suit is coming. There have been many changes to the model in the past period, so a new release is already relevant. In addition, I would like to develop several things on Lara. Such as: stretchable muscles, more types of pubic hair, pussy and asshole fixes, new rig, face mocap, more types of breast shapes and physics.
During production, I will return to the Eevee render engine. I will try out how much it has changed. In addition, I would like to learn about geometry nodes, mocap. New hair simulation is also coming.
I would also like to create new characters. Make a new version of Greta. I will need full-bodied centaurs. And it would be nice to give Lara a gentle partner. Maybe Sam. In the future, I would not like to build a character from scratch. Probably no one would have the patience to wait for a new character to be born. Therefore, I will use some currently working character generators for the basics. Then I will improve it, make it unique.
I would like to deal with other universes in the future (Witcher, Cyberpunk, Fallout), so it would be important to develop a fast, efficient workflow for character creation this year.
Tiers and prices
I had previously planned to introduce two new supporter tiers, but I decided that this would not happen. A few rewards will be integrated into the existing tiers this year. Such will be the access to scripts and storyboards. Inspirational and reference images, videos. The $1 tier has become very attractive, I packed a lot into it. Now I would like to expand the rewards of the other two tiers. And the prices will remain the same, there will be no price increases.
Website, brand design
I've been mulling this over for years. But this year it would really be nice to get my website up and running. Currently, my only free, open communication channel is X. I need a platform where anyone can see what I'm working on, where I'm at, and what content has been created.
What made it all not work was that I wanted a new logo. And I wanted to adapt the whole design and image to it. And I started doing that. I designed it myself, I got designs from others. But none of them convinced me. But this year...
Discord, community
My Discord server is currently adrift. I've neglected community building. There's very little interaction. I want to change that this year. There will be games again this year and I want to organize some online events here. These were paused because the prizes really increased the production line. But now there will be new types of prizes.

This is the direction this year. I'm sure I won't be able to tick off the entire list, just like I haven't done in any other year. But I have goals and I'm trying to accomplish as many of them as possible.
