少々長文となりますが、今後の運営方針に関わる重要な内容となりますので、ご協力いただける方はご一読いただけますと幸いです。（本件は、Discordサーバーの運営開始以来、非常に大きな影響が想定される出来事であり、私自身も大変悩んでおります。）
＜背景＞
現在、私のコンテンツは基本的にDiscordにて公開しております。
先日、Discordに関するある発表が公開されました。※出典[1][2]※日本語の記事となりますので、その他の言語圏の皆さまにおかれましては、お手数ですが翻訳機能等をご利用のうえご覧ください。
内容としては、現在は自己申告により非表示コンテンツ（センシティブな内容を含む）を表示できる仕組みですが、今後は年齢認証を行わなければ当該コンテンツを表示できなくなるというものです。（対象は画像およびチャンネルであり、ZIPやPDFは例外となる可能性があるようです。）この報告は急遽行われ2026年の3月より実施されると告知されています。
現在、私のサーバーではチャンネルに年齢制限を設けています。（「202602」などのコンテンツを投稿しているラベルのようなもの）これは、センシティブな内容を投稿するチャンネルには年齢制限を設定する必要があるというDiscordのポリシーに基づくものです。
そのため、Discordにおいて年齢認証が必須となった場合、年齢認証が完了していないユーザーは、私のコンテンツを閲覧できなくなる可能性があります。
Discordの発表によると、年齢認証の方法は以下の通りです。
ユーザーは、自分のデバイス内で完結する顔年齢推定（ユーザーが撮影したセルフィー動画を元にAIで推定）を選択できる。推定が不十分な場合は政府発行の身分証明書を第三者ベンダーに提出して確認することも可能。

年齢認証自体はやむを得ない面もあるとは思いますが、一部のユーザーからは懸念の声も上がっています。
というのも、昨年10月にDiscordが、本来保存すべきでない情報をサーバーに保存し、流出させた可能性があると発表した事例があったためです。*出典[3]
そのため、今回の年齢認証において身分証明書等を提出することに対し、強い不安を抱くユーザーも一定数存在しています。
これに対し、DiscordはXにて次のような声明を発表しています。
成人ユーザーの大部分については、既に保有している情報を用いて年齢層を確認することができます。年齢予測システムを用いることで、高い確度でユーザーが成人かどうかを判断します。これにより、多くの成人ユーザーが明確な年齢確認を行わなくても、年齢に応じた機能にアクセスできるようになります。

つまり、必ずしも全ユーザーが身分証明書を提出する必要があるわけではなく、Discord側で成人と判定された場合は追加の認証が不要になる可能性がある、という説明です。
しかし、状況によっては年齢認証が必要となり、その場合、認証が完了しなければ現在公開しているコンテンツへアクセスできなくなる可能性があります。
＜現時点での方針＞
上記を踏まえ、現時点での運営方針を共有いたします。
・当面はPatreonおよびDiscordでの運営を継続予定です。（他サービスへ移行する場合、サイト選定・投稿方法の整理・管理体制の構築などが必要となり、即時移行は困難なためです。）
・Discordを継続しつつ、代替サービスの候補選定を進めます。
・年齢制限が発生し、コンテンツを見れないユーザーが頻発する場合、工夫して一時的には見れるようにするつもりです （ただし、一時的な施策になるかと思います）

This will be a rather long message, but it concerns an important matter that will affect my future management plans. I would greatly appreciate it if those who are willing could take the time to read through it. (Since I started running this Discord server, this is one of the most significant developments I have faced, and I have been struggling with this decision myself.)
Currently, I primarily publish my content on Discord.
Recently, an announcement regarding Discord was released. Sources [1][2] (These are Japanese articles, so for those in other language regions, please use a translation tool if necessary.)In short, while users can currently access hidden (sensitive) content through self-declaration, in the future, age verification may be required in order to view such content. The policy appears to apply to images and channels, while ZIP and PDF files may be treated as exceptions.This announcement was made suddenly and has been stated to take effect starting in March 2026.
At present, my server has age restrictions set on certain channels (for example, those labeled “202602,” where specific content is posted). This is based on Discord’s policy requiring age restrictions for channels containing sensitive content.
Therefore, if age verification becomes mandatory on Discord, users who do not complete the verification process may no longer be able to access my content.
According to Discord’s announcement, the age verification methods are as follows:
Users may choose an on-device facial age estimation system (AI-based estimation using a selfie video taken by the user). If the estimation is insufficient, they may also submit a government-issued ID to a third-party vendor for verification.

While age verification itself may be unavoidable, some users have expressed concerns.
This is partly because last October, Discord announced a case in which data that should not have been stored was saved on their servers and may have been leaked. Source [3]
As a result, some users feel strong anxiety about submitting identification documents as part of the age verification process.
In response, Discord issued the following statement on X:
For most adult users, we can confirm their age group using information we already have. By using age prediction systems, we can determine with high confidence whether a user is an adult. This allows many adult users to access age-appropriate features without completing explicit age verification.

In other words, not all users will necessarily need to submit identification documents. If Discord determines that a user is an adult, additional verification may not be required.
However, depending on the situation, age verification may still become necessary. In such cases, users who do not complete verification may lose access to the content currently available.
Based on the above, I would like to share my current management plan:
For the time being, I plan to continue operating on Patreon and Discord. (Migrating to another service would require selecting a platform, reorganizing posting methods, and building a new management structure, so an immediate move would be difficult.)
While continuing on Discord, I will begin researching potential alternative services.
If age restrictions begin to frequently prevent users from accessing content, I will try to find temporary workarounds to make it viewable where possible. (However, these would likely be temporary measures.)
