Being very organized, he's arranged a couple of surveys which are very simple and comprehensive, one for players and one for DMs. The player one can be found here, and the DM one can be found here. Feel free to share the surveys to whomever you think would like to chime in with their thoughts on what games they'd like to see next, and how it should be presented.
