Neferon - Time Lapse

This one had a LOT of false starts - I initially wanted Neferon to look rather sinister or in the midst of casting something awful, but I held back in order to, hopefully, give you a chance to roleplay a revealed arcanaloth (or give the players a chance to see what their characters just slew before it melts away into nothingness).
