The Long tailed Grackle won the vote! I love these birds! The last time I went to meet up with family I was greeted buy these birds at the outdoor seating at a Casco were we order and ate are pizza. Some people find them as nuisances which to be honest hahah they defiantly can be but they are so fun to watch. one of their wings touched my back as he flew over to see what his friends were doing. As much as I wanted to feed them I didn't as pizza is not good for them or for me for that matter haha. they are I wish there was a place near me where I could watch them. I could see myself cutting out paper patterns and just watching them interact with each other.
anyways I am going to work on creating this pattern. I probably wont include the legs but I make add in an extra drawing of the legs and talons that can be added if you want to attempt turning the legs right side out. it can be really difficult and this guy will be smaller than my other bird patterns.
