DESCRIPTION
Been getting a lot of glitches trying to add the rainbow lights to the Special capsem standby and capsem's finished henshin lights. Yes, it's weird since it's working for the basic henshin animation, but finishing up on them seems to cause issues right now. I'll work on it more tomorrow, but also hopefully the Dawn pdf will come out soon so I can start on it as to give myself a break from the lights, lights, and more lights.
