DESCRIPTION
As of the 2025.08.06 maintenance part of the functionality for DPS meter has been removed from the NEO clients. The functions needed to setup and show the meter are simply missing from the NEO builds now. From what I can tell it seems that NCSoft has done this on purpose but I'm not 100% sure... since this is the 3rd time they've tried to remove it. I'll have more info once LIVE gets their next update.
I'm looking for a new way to enable it, and if not possible then I believe they will add back a (new) meter in the coming patches.
