This is a beta version for testing and feedback purposes. Legard is already partially coded but not yet romanceable. More features are being tested internally and will be unlocked in future updates.
INTIMATE RELATIONSHIPS
Just like in the base game, intimate relationships don’t happen out of nowhere. You need to build affection with characters before anything heated can occur.
🧪 HOW TO INCREASE AFFECTION?
To make a character develop feelings for you, you must:
💬 Interact positively with them whenever possible
Find the hidden shelter
In the hideout, certain buildings increase affection, you can check the descriptions of each item, each item can increase affection in its own way, up to a limit of 3.
If your affection with a character is at 3 and you have the dinner table building, you can ask a character out on a DATE.
-The DATE
During the meeting, there will be a series of questions and answers, each answer has a different impact on each character, and after the end of the meeting, the result of the meeting is shown. During the meeting, if you have one of the foods considered dinners, you gain more interactions, but you can choose whether to eat something or not. During the conversation or in other interactions, you can discover their favorite food. If you have it, you gain an extra point. The other normal foods add one point, but if it is one they don't like, you lose one.
Each character has an affection level with you. To initiate sexual interactions, you must reach at least affection level 5 (this is already part of the base game).
🛏️ WHERE CAN I HAVE SEX OR SLEEP WITH SOMEONE?
To have a relationship moment (sex or cuddling), you’ll need to find a comfortable bed.
COMFORTABLE BED
📍 HOW TO FIND IT:
There are two main locations that lead to your secret hideout:
Third floor of the dungeon: Behind the prison cells, look for a hidden passage marked with an arrow.
Near the cave dweller village: There’s also a passage with an arrow pointing toward it.
🧩 Once inside, you’ll reach your personal hideout, where you’ll need to solve a simple puzzle to gain access. Inside, you’ll find multiple rooms and a bed.
WHEN ENTERING THE HIDEOUT FOR THE FIRST TIME:
You’ll find a simple puzzle to solve. Inside, you’ll have access to:
🛌 A bedroom with a comfortable bed
🚪 Other rooms that will house surviving NPCs and can be upgraded (not yet available in this beta)
🧿 A special amulet (look carefully!) that increases your lust
⚠️ Saving the game is only possible in bed and with a partner present.
❤️ HOW DO RELATIONSHIPS WORK?
Once you reach affection level 5, you’ll be able to ask the character to have sexual relations.
If they accept, you’ll be able to:
Have sex (gain sanity, lose hunger)
Sleep cuddled together (allows saving, gain sanity, lose more hunger)
special dialogues in bed.
💤 CUDDLING TO SLEEP
After reaching level 6 in the relationship, if you stay close to the character, you’ll be able to ask to sleep together:
🛌 You can choose:
Whether you cuddle them
Or they cuddle you
🌙 Only the characters who sleep together gain sanity upon waking up
⚠️ Consumes more hunger than usual ✅ Allows saving the game
Bar door
There is a second passage that can only be accessed by destroying this bar door. Talk to the NPC Olga who is found on the far left of this same map. She should have something to help you. This new area is where you can build your structures.
SECOND PASS, USE DESTRUCTIVE POWDER
🧿 ENKI, D’ARCE, AND RAGNVALDR – CANON INTERACTIONS
💢 If you’re playing as Enki and try to initiate sex with D’arce or Ragnvaldr, they will initially refuse — due to lore-related reasons.
However, if you find the Lust Amulet inside your hideout (hint: it’s not hard to find) and equip it, it will boost your lust stat and they’re likely to accept.
🔔 Note: Even if they agree, this does NOT start a romantic relationship with them.
🧬 If you play as D’arce or Ragnvaldr and approach Enki, he will accept — the problem lies with them toward him, not the other way around.
👥 NPC RELATIONSHIPS (UPCOMING FEATURE)
NPCs will eventually move into your hideout after you complete their quests — if they survive.
Once invited, you’ll be able to interact, bond, and possibly date them.
✨ This feature is already coded, but not accessible yet in version v0.7. but you can find the NPCs from Buckman's party if you rescue them all, go to the hideout area that is after the barred door.
CUSTOMIZE your HIDEOUT
In the second area of the hideout you can customize, currently we have several structures for you to customize your place, these structures affect relationships with the character, they may like it or not which can increase or decrease relationships up to a limit of 3, after that you can invite the same one for a date (see the section "🧪 HOW TO INCREASE AFFECTION?"). Some of the structures have double uses, some are secret, you can buy them with the NPC Olga, found on the far left of the hideout.
FURNITURE
OLGA'S STORE
On the far left you will find a statue blocking a room, push it to find the NPC "Olga, The Nest-Binder", she will be the one who will help you improve your hideout, she sells tools, assembly kits (which are necessary to assemble furniture) and statue parts and etc, two items stand out, upgrade tools and destructive powder, upgrade tool is used to make certain improvements, an example is the dining table, which is made using it, and the daycare, while the destructive powder will be used to destroy structures(or some barred door idk lmao) that you no longer want. Olga's currency is silver coins, almost everything can be bought with silver coins. The X's on the ground indicate where it can be built.
DAYCARE - A place to leave demon kids or girl while you hang out with your partner, whether it's for a date or if you just want to free up some space in the party without wanting to kill any children.
POOL - An upgrade structure that serves to increase sanity, and you can leave some characters resting there.
