How does the subscription work?
As a club member, you’ll receive a set of exclusive stickers every month. The designs change monthly and are only available to members when they’re released.
When do I need to subscribe to get the current set?
Your payment must be processed before the cutoff date to receive stickers for the current cycle. The deadline is the last day of the month.
If you subscribe after that, your first shipment will be for the next cycle. I’ll always keep the club page updated with the latest theme and deadline. New themes drop at the start of each month.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship to most countries, and the shipping cost is included in your membership.
When are the stickers shipped?
Orders usually go out within the first two weeks after billing. If there’s a delay, I’ll post updates—and if needed, I might include a small bonus item as a thank-you for your patience.
What if my stickers don’t arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Germany: Usually 2-3 business days
International: Up to 20 days (US orders may arrive in about half that time)
If you haven’t received your stickers within a reasonable time, please reach out, and I’ll check on your order.
Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel?
If your stickers haven’t shipped yet, I can issue a refund. However, once they’ve been sent out, I won’t be able to process cancellations for that cycle.
