📆 First of All, Let’s Talk About the Release Dates!
Since my previous estimates were pretty off, this time I decided to announce the official release date much closer to launch day, to avoid creating unnecessary expectations. Here is the release order:Edit: In short, the chapter is almost 3 times bigger than the others, and I didn’t take that into account when estimating how long it would take to put the script together. The community agrees that it’s better to delay it by one more week. The dates below have already been updated. I’m really sorry about that.

❤️ Lover Tier → Sunday, March 29 (Early Access)
👍 Follower Tier → Monday, March 30 (Final Build)
🌐 Public Release → Monday, April 6 (Final Build)
I still don’t have a specific time set, but I expect the update to go live later in the day for most players. For more information, stay tuned to our Discord server or here in the Patreon chat.
✨ What’s New in This Update
By far, this is the biggest and most important update in My True Desire. Let’s go over what’s coming in this update, WITH NO SPOILERS:
1 - A new story update: Chapter 05!This is the main purpose of the update. By far, this is the biggest chapter of the game, containing nearly 600 image files and more than double the amount of dialogue from Chapter 04. For comparison, Chapters 03 and 04 each have approximately 250 images.
2 - Addition of Replay ModeYou’ll be able to revisit the spiciest scenes in the game without affecting your progress or story choices.
3 - Implementation of a full in-game galleryIn addition to replaying scenes, you’ll also be able to view all CGs (SFW and NSFW) directly in the gallery.
4 - UI updates, a new Extras button, and other additional featuresHonestly, I don’t know if I’ll have every feature fully ready by this weekend, but some are already in place, such as the gallery and replay mode.
5 - Easter eggs!
The update also brings new 2D animations, music, sound effects, visual effects, AI-generated animations, transitions, and more, all focused on the new chapter.
By default, everything in the gallery is locked, and the player needs to see each scene in order to unlock the content. I may add a button to unlock all scenes, but I’m not completely sure yet. My goal is always to provide the best possible experience, and I’m still not sure whether that feature would actually improve the experience.
⚠️ Important Information:
When the last update launched, the Legend tier slots filled up very quickly. Because of that, for this release I made 50 more slots available for the Legend tier instead of just 30, raising it from 50 slots to 100. If you plan to subscribe to the Legend tier, keep an eye on the limit so you don’t miss your chance!
You may run into some bugs, writing mistakes, or story inconsistencies. Since I’m a one-man team, that’s very likely to happen, especially in the earlier versions of the update. If that happens, please contact me and let me know about the issue or suggest a correction.
From this point on, I’m going to go a little deeper into the chapter’s story and share some teasers! I’m not going to give any spoilers, but if you prefer going into new updates completely blind, I’d recommend stopping here. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for everything. 📖 A Little About the Story of the Update
Talking a bit about the story, still without spoilers, the new chapter puts the MC and Ana in new and somewhat complicated situations, challenging the couple to deal with them in the best way possible.
But beyond those complicated situations, many scenes and dialogues in this chapter focus on calm, relaxed, and funny moments as well. Gabi and Simon are present for a good part of the chapter, so in addition to the progress of Ana and the MC’s relationship and desires, we’ll also be able to see the progress of their friendship with the other characters... and maybe something more.
