[New System] System of you know what

This will be a simple system for now, which I'll expand upon in Part 2. I'll improve it in subsequent parts (it's a harass**** system).

These will be panels that appear when the player passes near certain NPCs, fulfilling certain conditions.

(One is missing: the Pussy Grab.) I started it, but I haven't finished it yet. I'll upload it here tomorrow when I'm done.
