Since we're doing heavy level-ups, some of you wanted to know more about the process. I took the questions, broke them apart and answered them to the best of my ability.

Resistance: protects from physical harm, makes the body tougher, and has an effect on endurance. 5% per point. scales ranger Abilities.
Kinesthetics: The ability to move in the manner one envisions. Affects learning, speed of combat, and how quickly one integrates new techniques and adapts to new challenges. 5% per point. scales rogue abilities.
Acuity: The five senses. 5% per point. Scales nuker/mage abilities.
Focus: Mental fortitude. The ability to focus on a single thing and pursue it doggedly until it is achieved. Mostly affects magic/mental defense and magic regen. Scales Necro and summoner Abilities.how sacrifices and upgrades work
Every 5 levels, the character gets a Primary Upgrade.
Every 10 levels, the character gets either a Secondary Upgrade or an Ability.
Every 30 levels, the character gets a Tertiary Ability. Tertiaries cannot be upgraded.
To perform an Upgrade, the user can sacrifice a piece of a monster to alter an Ability thematically in line with the creature’s powerset, provided it has the slots available.
To gain a new Ability from the Secondary or Tertiary, the user chooses from a list generated by all the sacrifices they have made in their Class thus far.

Sacrifices are ranked by how many stat per level they give. Abilities gained from higher ranked Sacrifices also have more max upgrade slots.
S-rank = 5 stats per level, 9 upgrade slots
A = 4 stats per level, 6 upgrade slots
B= 3 stats per level, 4 upgrade slots.
C = 3 stats per level, 3 upgrade slots.
D = 2 stats per level, 1-3 upgrade slots.
F =1 stat per level, 1 upgrade slot.
